Our Land Survey Process, Step by Step
- Site visit: We inspect access, boundary markers, visible features and the documents supplied for the plot.
- Control points: Reference positions are established so corners and measured features can be related consistently.
- Field work: Total Station and DGPS observations capture boundaries, corner points, access and relevant site features.
- Data processing: Measurements are plotted in CAD and compared with supplied records where reconciliation is part of the scope.
- Drawings and report: The boundary plan, area statement, coordinates, comparison notes and report are assembled.
